Accomodation assistance

All the delegates are requested to arrange their own accommodations close to the conference venue to avoid heavy traffic. The organizing committee has negotiated tariff with few hotels near to the institute and the details of hotels and their discounted tariffs are provided below. While booking in these hotels, delegates are requested to contact the corresponding contact persons of the hotel and mention that the booking is for “WVPA (India) Conference 2024” to avail discounted tariffs. Limited rooms are available under negotiated tariffs.

Students accommodation

Students are informed to contact the accommodation committee (Dr. S. Selvaraju, 9449636864, Dr.N.Ramachandran, 7676493299 and Dr. Parthipan, 9019685885) for their stay during the conference period. The accommodation has been arranged at Southern Regional Station of ICAR-NDRI (Students Hostel/NDRI Guest house/IDA Guest house), Bangalore adjacent to ICAR-NIANP campus (Conference Venue). The room rent may vary from Rs. 100 to 450. Since limited accommodation is available, room booking will be made on first-come first-serve basis. The request for room booking shall be entertained up to 10.02.2024 only.
